Licensed Customers - Theme Purchased at DesignzShop

  • Up to date incensed Customers may open a Support Ticket for any theme related issue with our products.
  • Ticket response time is usually within a short time however sometimes it could be up to 24 hours from the time the ticket was submitted.
  • If your ticket is submitted over the weekend there's a chance it will not get answered until Monday during our regular business hours.
  • DesignzShop does have at times a Representative online in the evenings and weekends that does answer support however, that is not guaranteed,,

Licensed Customers - Theme Purchased at IPB MarketPlace

  • If you've purchased a DesignzShop Theme from IPB's MarketPlace you must follow these license guidelines.
  • You mast register an account here at DesignzShop Immediately after purchase of one of our themes from the IPB MarketPlace.
  • Required information upon registration will include registering with your IPB username only so we can verify your order for support. DO NOT use your IPB Password for your account here at DesignzShop
  • URL of where the licensed DesignzShop Theme is running.
  • Limited Purchase information that helps us to verify your purchase at IPB.
  • Please note our themes are not as of yet into the IPB MarketPlace. We anticipate they will be soon however thus the reason for this section.
  • Please also be aware no theme support is given until account is verified. We suggest to register your theme right away.

Non-Licensed Visitors

  • Non-Licensed visitors may contact us by registering here at DesignzShop and sending "DesignzShop"  a pm with your inquiry.
  • Option 2 is to use the Contact Form. Link is located at the bottom of any page.
  • Response times are usually within 24 hours however as per our business hours you may not get a response until then.
  • In the case it's a weekend when you submit a support ticket it may be Monday until we answer the Support request.
  • DesignzShop at times does have a representative on during the evenings and weekends however that is not guaranteed.

What DesignzShop Supports

  • DesignzShop support is for Theme related issues only.
  • We do not offer custom theme assistance in support. Please contact DesignzzShop directly for work directly related to our themes.
  • DesignzShop Tracker system allows you to submit any theme issues into. The tracker is checked daily since 4.1.14v1 release.
  • Update News is also given for all releases of our themes and should be only visible to Clients

DesignzShop Forums - Not Official Support

  • DesignzShop Forums are not the Official Method of Customers/Clients to get Support. The Official method to all DesignzShop Customers//Clients is the Ticket System which must be registered for.
